During the Corona lockdown we have created a series of vaulting workouts we have done at home to stay fit.
The workouts are suitable for all levels of vaulters, since you can adjust the repetitions of the exercises and repeat each workout as many times you want.
Please note that we are no fitness or health experts. We are showing the exercises the best way we can and this is just what we use to do to give you some inspiration! Have fun! 😉
