We were curious to know Luca\u2019s tips to improve your handstand, from any level. To do it correctly, try to get your hips over your shoulders, and to be as tucked as possible with your knee aiming your chest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/mW-d7_kQX9ot=29s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"0:29 Tuck into handstand &amp; hold - knees bent (opens in a new tab)\">0:29 Tuck into handstand &amp; hold &#8211; knees bent<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you can manage the right position, you can try to hold it for 10 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/mW-d7_kQX9ot=43s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"0:43 Tuck into handstand without holding - legs straight (opens in a new tab)\">0:43 Tuck into handstand without holding &#8211; legs straight<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can jump from the floor to the tucked handstand, but as a straight handstand this time: once you are in the tucked position, you can straighten your legs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/mW-d7_kQX9ot=61s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"1:01 Tuck into handstand &amp; hold - legs straight (opens in a new tab)\">1:01 Tuck into handstand &amp; hold &#8211; legs straight<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be careful with your hips and shoulders: the hips goes inside (retroversion) and the shoulders have to push up.
